By registering, logging in, or using any service provided by seus138, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the seus138 platform immediately.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and seus138 as the platform operator. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming seus138, both of which form part of this overall agreement.

To register and use the seus138 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration
• Located in a geographic region where use of the seus138 platform is not prohibited by local law
• Not designated as a person prohibited from accessing online gambling services by any relevant authority
• Not engaged in any fraudulent activity or manipulation of the platform or other members
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party

Seus138 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is established that a member registered while underage, all wins will be forfeited and the account will be closed without a deposit refund.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one seus138 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — is a violation of these terms and may result in all involved accounts being frozen or closed, and all balances and wins being forfeited.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. seus138 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include:

• Valid copy of MyKad or passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address (not older than three months)
• Payment method details used for the deposit

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 business hours. During this process, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended. Your cooperation is a condition for continued full access to the seus138 platform.

• Seus138 reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal amounts

Seus138 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus is associated with wagering requirements which must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, "5x" means the bonus amount must be wagered five times
• One active bonus at a time; you cannot activate two bonuses simultaneously unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses may only be used by eligible members as specified in the promotion's eligibility requirements
• Seus138 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of promotions
• Cancelled bonus balances will not be refunded in any form

Members may cancel their active bonus at any time via the "Active Bonus" section in their account. Please note that cancelling a bonus will forfeit the bonus balance along with any wins generated from it, but your original cash deposit will not be affected.

All games available at seus138 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and card games — operate using a random number generator (RNG) independently certified by a third-party body. This ensures the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.

Regarding game rules:

• The outcome of all games is final once the round or bet has been completed
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, seus138 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account balance
• Bets placed using unauthorised methods or through automation software are void and invalid
• Seus138 reserves the right to limit or reject wagering from members identified as using strategies harmful to the platform's integrity
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the actual system result, the seus138 server record shall be final

As a seus138 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraud and forgery — providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Money laundering — using the seus138 platform as a channel to transfer or conceal proceeds of illegal funds
• Use of unauthorised software — using bots, automated software, interception tools, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion — unlawfully colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• System disruption — any attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate seus138 systems
• Use of another person's account — accessing or using a seus138 account that does not belong to you

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and wins, and/or legal action where appropriate.

Voluntary closure: You may close your seus138 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to your bank account subject to the relevant verification process.

Closure by seus138: seus138 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• Evidence of a breach of any term in this document has been found
• Suspicious activity detected on the account
• KYC process not completed within the stipulated timeframe
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• A directive has been received from a relevant authority

For accounts inactive for 12 months, a monthly administration fee of RM 10 may be charged until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Seus138 is responsible for providing a functional, secure, and fair platform. However, seus138 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruption or device failure on the member's end
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform

In all cases, the maximum liability of seus138 to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Seus138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via in-account notifications or the registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor or editorial amendments, changes may take effect immediately without specific notice. The "Updated" date at the top of this document always reflects the date the current terms came into effect.

Continued use of the seus138 platform after the amendment effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 8.

Self-control tools available to all seus138 members include:

• Deposit Limit — set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits

• Voluntary Break — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — option to fully self-exclude from the platform for an extended period
